By experiencing a working agricultural community, students gain a deeper understanding of:

  • Where food comes from

  • How farming adapts to challenges

  • The importance of agriculture to Australia’s future

 

Through this experience, students will:

  • Apply classroom learning to real-world agricultural systems

  • Develop understanding of food production and sustainability

  • Gain insight into rural industries and career pathways

  • Build appreciation for regional Australia and its contribution to the economy
